Splash Pad Bubba
Today, a friend from our playgroup called me and invited us to join her at the splash pad in the new mall's play area. We slathered up the baby with sunblock, dug out his swim trunks and hat, and jumped in the car for some soggy fun!
This little girl was so cute. Bubba wasn't out in the water for two minutes when she came over and started talking to him and stroking his cheeks. I think she may have even tried to kiss him at one point, but it could have been the angle from which I was watching. Never let it be said that my son doesn't have game! LOL!

Where did it go???
I embroidered the "i" and "bacon" by hand, then added the felt heart and strip of bacon. Not bad for a few hours work after dinner one night!

Where did it go???This weekend my sister in law came to visit from DC. We haven't seen her in AGES, it's ridiculous! It was so good to have her here. Bubba warmed up to her immediately. I have a bunch of photos to post, a BUNCH, so I'll try to get those up this week. In the meantime, I leave you with a photo of the alterations I did to her new apron:

Ok the apron is so cute, I can't believe you made it. It is so cool that Bubba likes the splash pad because Jackson hates it, lol. He looks so cool in his sun glasses and hat.
